In many parts of the Northern Hemisphere, long winters and lack of sunlight can make people depressed and may suffer from seasonal depression, also known as seasonal affective disorder (SAD). Seasonal depression is a mood disorder that occurs at the same time every year. Typically, SAD begins in the fall or winter and ends in the spring or early summer. Since the 1970s, studies have shown that light therapy is effective when a person is exposed to a light range of 10,000LUX brightness for 20 to 30 minutes. This product has a 20-minute countdown in sunset mode. From 100% brightness of the product, it will gradually dim as the brightness decreases by 1% every 6-8 seconds, until the light is automatically turned off into a standby state.
The timing function of this product is designed to be used by normal people within the maximum time range of 100 minutes. You can freely adjust the custom time by adding and subtracting up and down. After selecting the time, press OK to start the timing function and count down. As the time goes by, the product will automatically turn off the lights and enter the standby state.
